· Maryland General Assembly, 3/8/16; Support the Clean Energy Jobs act provided the bill is amended to replace “Renewable” with “Clean Energy” and to include nuclear power as a Tier 1 clean energy source.

· Maryland General Assembly, 3/3/14; Opposition to offshore wind: costs are underestimated, no plan to get to zero carbon, unintended market consequences, no environmental impact statement, should incentivize clean energy not just renewables.

· Maryland General Assembly, 3/12/11; Opposition to increasing the Renewable Portfolio Standard: need systems analysis, no way for wind to get to zero carbon, nuclear power is a viable solution.
